A Message From Our President

The Signal Hill Soccer Association is dedicated to the support and development of youth soccer in Signal Hill and the surrounding communities of Signature, Richmond Hill, Discovery, and Springbank Hill. Our mission is to provide a quality soccer program aimed at skill development in a sportsmanlike soccer environment. All participants in our program have an equal opportunity to play at an appropriate skill and competitive level. Every player should be challenged, develop their soccer skills, and most importantly, have fun.

The Signal Hill Soccer Association provides soccer programs for over 1200 children from the U4 to U18 age groups. Soccer is played during an outdoor season that runs from late April to June/July and during an indoor winter season that extends from October to March. Children in the younger age groups play locally in the Signal Hill area on teams selected to include their closest neighbors. Those in the older age groups are placed on teams with others playing at a similar skill level. They play against other communities primarily in leagues coordinated by the Calgary Minor Soccer Association.

Registration starts in February for the outdoor season and early in September for the indoor season. See our Registration page for more information.

Women's Soccer

Signal Hill Soccer is not just for children but for adults too. When players graduate from U18 girls program, they can continue with the sport they enjoy on our women’s soccer team. The team plays during the outdoor season from May to September in the Calgary Women’s Soccer Association. See the attached brochure or go to www.womensoccer.ab.ca for more information.
